By accessing or using wavreel ("the service"), available at https://wavreel.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

wavreel converts audio narration into short-form video by transcribing audio, generating scene descriptions with AI, sourcing stock media, and rendering a finished video file in your browser.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use wavreel to:

  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the service to violate the terms of any third-party service it relies on (including OpenAI, Pexels, OpenRouter, and Google).
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written permission.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the audio you upload and the videos you create. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any audio you upload. Stock media sourced from Pexels is subject to the Pexels License.

6. Service availability

wavreel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wavreel and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
